Solo traveler with room for improvement
The staff was friendly and informative. They made sure to let us know the check-in rules multiple times, which was a bit much but better than being left in the dark, right? The outdoor walkways were kept clean every day, giving off a nice impression. The kitchen had basic appliances like a fridge and stove that were functional, which was helpful for my solo meals.
It wasn't cheap, but acceptable for what we got overall.

I found the property very new and clean, with ample parking available. The kitchen in my Queen Suite was well-equipped with essential appliances including a fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The outdoor walkways were maintained daily. Check-in was prompt at the scheduled time, and the staff were accommodating throughout my stay.

Rooms spacious and clean. Kitchen stocked with basic amenities like fridge, dishwasher, and dishes. Parking sufficient, which was convenient. Staff greeted me warmly during check in. However, there were no basic cleaning supplies like dish soap or kitchen towels provided, which made it difficult to maintain the kitchen. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms but not so much in the living area. I faced issues with the stove and BBQ grill not functioning during my stay. Also, the security deposit and service dog fee felt excessively high, especially given the inconveniences. Communication regarding the deposit refund was lacking, which added to the frustration. Overall, some additional support and transparency would enhance the experience.
